Bathing Rituals
Taking the Waters - 6 Step Ritual

STEP 1. POWER DOWN & HYDRATE Make your bath a digital free sanctuary. Unplug from your devices and recharge your own batteries instead. Drink a glass of water before stepping into the bath to stay hydrated and to prevent overheating and dizziness.

STEP 2. FILL AND POUR Fill your bath with warm water (37 ºC) enough to cover your whole body. Sprinkle 100 g of the Bath Soak in the bath tub and stir to fully dissolve the ingredients.

STEP 3. SCRUB Scrub your body with The|Tides Salty Me | Magnesium & Sea Salt Body Polish Formula to stimulate circulation and removal of dead skin and toxins so that your skin can easily absorb the 100% pure and deeply restorative magnesium. Do not shower

STEP 4. SOAK Light a few candles, turn on a guided meditation or some soothing music and soak up for 20-30 minutes, keeping the water at a consistent temperature.
