This deeply restoring bath soak is made with pure, raw and unprocessed grey sea salt, seabed magnesium, clay and chlorella blended with cedar wood, sea fennel and rosemary. Step 1. Power Down and Hydrate
Make your bath a digital free zone. Unplug from your devices and recharge your own batteries. Drink a glass of water or herbal tea before stepping into the bath to stay hydrated and to prevent overheating and dizziness.
Step 2. Fill and Pour
Fill your bath with warm to hot water enough to cover your whole body. Sprinkle 125 g of the Energy Booster | Bath Soak in the bath and add 2 tablespoons of the separately packaged green clay* and stir to fully dissolve the ingredients.

Step 3. Soak and Sweat

Scrub your body with with The|Tides Salty Me | Body Polish Formula to stimulate circulation and removal of dead skin and toxins so that your skin can easily absorb the 100% pure and deeply restorative magnesium. Do not shower.

For a foot soak, dissolve 50 g into 5 L of warm water (37°c), enough to cover the feet up to the ankles. Duration: 20 minutes. Pat dry; do not shower or rinse.
