Blended with an aromatherapy blend of lavender, bitter orange and ho-wood to reduce the wired and tired syndrome, while supporting you to wind down before you go to sleep.
Blues-Be-Gone | Botanical Candle 100 ml Organic soy wax candle created to calm the mind and the heart with a relaxing blend of orange flower, aromatic coriander seeds and the sweetness of flowery lavender for a deep chill-out.
Rock-A-Bye Baby | Body Oil 50 ml Activate your vagal tone by cocooning yourself after a long day with this super soothing pre-bedtime ritual. How to use:
STEP 1. POWER DOWN & HYDRATE
Unplug from your devices and recharge your own batteries instead. Drink a glass of water before stepping into the bath to stay hydrated and to prevent overheating and dizziness.
STEP 2. FILL AND POUR
Fill your bath with warm to hot water enough to cover your whole body. Sprinkle 150 g of the Dream Catcher |Sea Soak in the bath tub and stir to fully dissolve the ingredients.
STEP 3. SOAK & SWEAT
Light the Blues-Be-Gone | Botanical Candle, turn on a guided meditation or some soothing music and soak up for 20-30 minutes, keeping the water at a consistent temperature. Just lean back and relax while the ingredients work their wonders. Emerge from your bath, pat yourself dry, do not shower! Drink a glass of water.
STEP 4. MASSAGE
Warm as small amount of the Rock-A-Bye Baby | Body Oil on clean hands, breathe in the aroma and massage with circular movements into skin
STEP 5. BREATHE
Roll the Peace Out | Aromatherapy Roll-On over the pulse points of your wrists and neck. Hold the bottle under your nose, close your eyes and inhale the aroma deeply through your nose and fully exhale through your mouth. Repeat 3-6 times.
STEP 6. REST AND RELAX
Wrap yourself in towels or a bath robe and relax under a warm blanket as the products continues to work.
