- 6 STEP RITUAL -


STEP 1. POWER DOWN AND HYDRATE



Make your bath a digital free zone. Unplug from your devices and recharge your body batteries. Drink a glass of warm water or decaffeinated herbal tea before stepping into the bath to stay hydrated and prevent overheating.

STEP 2. FILL AND POUR

Fill your bath with warm water (37 ºC) enough to cover your whole body. Sprinkle 250 g of the The|Tides Bath Soak Formula in the bath tub and stir to fully dissolve the ingredients. 

Add 5 drops of the Ocean Skin Food | Seaweed Body Oil Formula for an extra soft touch.



STEP 3. SCRUB



Scrub your body with The|Tides Salty Me - Magnesium & Sea Salt Body Polish Formula to stimulate blood circulation and removal of dead surface cells so that your skin can easily absorb the 100% pure and deeply restorative magnesium. Don’t shower after the body scrub.

STEP 4. SOAK

Soak up for 20 minutes or more, keeping the water at a consistent temperature. Relax while the magnesium, seaweed and essential oils work their wonders. Emerge from your bath, pat yourself dry, do not shower.



STEP 5. SPRAY


Spray The|Tides Liquid Chill Pill - Pure Magnesium Body Oil across different parts of your body and massage well into your skin. Place the cap back after use. A slightly warm and tingling sensation is typical when first applied. Leave on your skin at least 10 minutes to let it absorb, rinse off if desired.

STEP 6. WRAP AND SLEEP

Wrap yourself in towels and relax or sleep under a warm blanket as the  Formula continues to work.
