Add 5-7 drops in a large bowl of steaming water. Lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel to create a tent (keep your face about 20-25 cm away to prevent a steam burn). Close your eyes and breathe through your nose, exhaling through your nose and repeat.
Add 20-30 drops to a diffuser. Put up feet and breathe deep; inhale and exhale.
Add 5-10 drops to a carrier oil for a chest or back massage to help relief respiratory conditions.
