Airway Soothing Aromatherapy Blend
Formulated to support deep and easier breathing. Eucalyptus, Siberian pine and lavandin work in synergy to help open and clear the airways, soothe congestion to support, and promote a healthier respiratory system. Ideal for use in (steam) inhalation, body baths, or chest and back massages to help relieve the symptoms of respiratory discomforts. It can also be added to an air diffuser to create a more refreshing environment and support easier breathing.

How to use
Steam Inhalation
Add 3 drops to large bowl of steaming water. Lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel to create a tent. Keep your face about 25 cm away from the water to avoid steam burns. Close your eyes and breathe deeply in and out through your nose.
Bath
Add 10-15 drops to After Class | Recovery Bath. Ensure the bath is full and the water is turned off before adding the blend. Stir well to help distribute the oil.
Massage
Add 5-10 drops to a carrier oil for a chest or back massage to help relief respiratory discomforts.
Diffuse
Add 20-30 drops to a diffuser. Put your feet up and breathe deep, inhale and exhale.
Inhale
Apply 1-2 drops to your palms, rub them together, and cup them in front of your nose. Inhale and exhale deeply through the nose.
