How to use
Diffuse
Add 20-30 drops to a diffuser. Ideal for use during or after a stressful day, before bedtime, or during meditation.
Bath
Add a 10-15 drops to The Dreamer | De-Stressing Bath. Ensure the bath is full and the water is turned off before adding the blend. Stir well to help distribute the oil.
Sleep
Apply a few drops to pillows and bedding to help relax, ease tension, calm the nervous system and prepare for sleep.
