How to use

Fill bath with warm to hot water, sprinkle 125gr of the bath, stir to dissolve ingredients. Just lean back, close your eyes, focus on calm, deep breathing and soak for 20-30 minutes. After the bath, relax under a warm blanket or bathrobe for 10 minutes as the product continues to work, or allow yourself to fall into a deep, satisfying sleep.
