How to use

Body Bath

Fill your bathtub with warm to hot water, sprinkle 125gr of the Sea-Tox and stir to dissolve ingredients. Just lean back, close your eyes, focus on calm, deep breathing and soak for 20-30 minutes. After the bath, relax under a warm blanket or bathrobe for 10 minutes as the product continues to work.

Footbath

Fill your foot bath with warm to hot water enough to cover the feet up to the ankles, sprinkle 75gr of the Sea-Tox and stir to dissolve ingredients and soak up for 10-15 minutes.
